Defined Terms
AI Output means information generated through an artificial intelligence or machine-learning feature, including an analysis, summary, score, ranking, forecast, insight, notification, or other model-generated content. AI Output does not include an Order Instruction generated solely from deterministic logic and User Configuration.
User Configuration means the strategy rules, parameters, limits, selections, and settings affirmatively established or enabled by the User and used by the Service for the applicable functionality.
Personal Information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or can reasonably be linked to an individual, using the definition required by applicable privacy law where that law applies.
1. Introduction
SimpleTrade.ai LLC ("SimpleTrade.ai," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you access or use:

3.3 Brokerage Integration Information
If you connect an account through a supported Brokerage Provider, SimpleTrade.ai may receive brokerage information made available through the provider-approved connection or authorization method and the permissions or scopes you enable, such as:

SimpleTrade.ai does not take custody of customer funds or securities.
SimpleTrade.ai does not request or receive the User's Brokerage Provider account password. Depending on the applicable Brokerage Provider and supported connection method, SimpleTrade.ai may process provider-issued access credentials, OAuth or access tokens, authorization grants, scopes or permissions, provider account identifiers, connection status, or similar authorization information necessary to establish and maintain the supported connection.
3.4 Market and Portfolio Data
We may collect:

for the purpose of delivering Services.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
Unless explicitly required by a supported feature, SimpleTrade.ai does not intentionally collect:

- (c) passport numbers
- (d) banking credentials
- (e) brokerage account passwords
Users should never provide such information through support channels.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
SimpleTrade.ai utilizes artificial intelligence, machine learning models, and automated systems.
Information may be processed by AI-powered features to provide the analysis, intelligence, research, and related functionality requested by the User. Under the current product architecture, AI Output does not itself select the security, side, quantity, or timing of a Live Trading order.
6.1 AI Training Data
SimpleTrade.ai uses third-party AI services, including Anthropic and, in some functions, OpenAI, to process market and trading context needed to provide requested features. SimpleTrade.ai does not intentionally include a User's name or email address in prompts for those features. Provider handling is subject to the applicable provider terms and settings and may change.
SimpleTrade.ai does not currently use Personal Information or aggregated or de-identified customer data to train a public foundation model. SimpleTrade.ai will revise this Policy before beginning a materially different training use.
6.2 AI Service Providers
Certain AI-powered functionality may utilize third-party AI providers.
When such providers are used, data sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
SimpleTrade.ai may use:

- (d) analytics technologies
- (e) performance monitoring technologies
to improve the Services.

8. How We Share Information
SimpleTrade.ai does not sell Personal Information or share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Data Retention
SimpleTrade.ai retains personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on data category and purpose.
9.1 Account Deletion Requests
An account-deletion request begins a thirty-day recoverable soft-deletion period and immediately cancels an active Stripe subscription. Restoring an account during that period does not restore the subscription. Final destructive deletion is subject to technical implementation, lawful retention duties, fraud and security needs, and ordinary backup cycles. SimpleTrade.ai does not promise automatic final deletion on day thirty until that process is certified.

SimpleTrade.ai implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from:

Safeguards depend on the relevant systems and data. No specific control is promised unless verified as implemented.
No security system is completely secure.

13. Service Provider Locations
Personal information may be processed in locations where SimpleTrade.ai's service providers operate, subject to applicable law and the contractual arrangements applicable to those providers.

The Services are intended only for persons who satisfy the eligibility requirements in the Terms of Service and are not directed to persons under eighteen (18).
SimpleTrade.ai does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If such information is discovered, it will be deleted.
15. Data Breach Notifications
In the event of a security incident involving personal information, SimpleTrade.ai will provide notifications as required by applicable law.
The timing, method, and content of notifications may vary based on legal requirements and the nature of the incident.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services.
SimpleTrade.ai is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
17. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers provide "Do Not Track" functionality.
Because there is currently no universally accepted standard for responding to such signals, SimpleTrade.ai may not respond to all Do Not Track requests.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
SimpleTrade.ai may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
Updated versions will be posted on the Services.
The updated Policy will apply from its stated effective date. Where consent or another affirmative action is required by law for a changed processing activity, SimpleTrade.ai will obtain it separately.
